Intelligent enough to have the clear vision
Yet can define distinctly each and everyone’s role

Leadership to me means motivation, mannerism and position.
It means hope and it means having entertainment once in a while
The one who takes the position in the tough situations
It means solving the conflicts and brings on the face a sweet smile

Leadership to me is keeping the positive attitude
Look for the development of the follower, company and country at large
