A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he
becomes. Do you feel there are days where everything is happening nice
and perfect while there are some days when everything just went wrong? Problem
is not with the days; problem is with our thinking process. Positive thinking
will result in viewing everything positive towards us. Our reaction, our body
language, our words are most of the time depends upon what are we thinking
during that period of time. People who are depressed in life usually think in a
negative way most of time. Look for your thoughts day and night and stop it
immediately when it is inclined towards something negative. Change it towards
more positive thoughts. Think on a subject by using the words with the positive
meaning. Turn the negative statements into the positive ones. Let us view some
of the example mention below
“Alas, I have just Rs. 1000. I am not rich and don’t have the job as well. How I am going to survive?”
This statement concentrates on how poor the person is which makes him upset and he wastes his energy on thinking how will he survive with such a small amount of money with him.
Or put the same statement as
Wow, I have Rs. 1000. I can survive for few days and in these days I should work hard to search the suitable job for myself.
By this statement he will devote his energy on the searching the job.
“I feel cheated, angry and disappointed because of this situation.” Instead use the statement like “I am determined to do better next time to avoid such a situation. “
Think explicitly and genuinely about the happenings around you in the affirmative way. If there are cases negative around you think clear cut on how these needs to be changed instead of worrying about the situation and become weaker and weaker. Be confident and self assured about yourself. Whatever the situation remember positive thinking will attract good things while negative will only attract you towards bad and will make situation more worst.
“I can’t get through this project” Instead say “I need help for this project.”
I am not saying that we do not have negatives in ourselves. I am saying identify them and try to overcome the same by thinking more positively. It is very important to think the truth which will help us to improve ourselves in the walk of life. For example if you wish to lose the extra kilos, instead of thinking that “I am fat and I will never be able to wear my favorite outfit again” think like “I need to wear this outfit on the New Year Party and I will lose these extra kilos to look more beautiful.”Latter statement will ensure you put your foot forward to exercise and it has also given the deadline to reduce the extra kilos by the eve of New Year.
Whatever you believe you will become one day no matter what. Money is fetched by employee of the company who works faithfully as well as by the employee who stole the money from the company. Both do get money. However one way is right and other is wrong. Therefore it is very important to think positively as well as correctly. Keep repeating the same to yourselves till the time you have achieved the success. It is up to each one of us to choose which path we want to see ourselves.
