Why was Albert Einstein famous?
Einstein was famous for more than one reason. Below is the highlight on how and why Albert Einstein became famous.

1) Albert Einstein was famous for various scientific studies and his contribution to Physics. Major ones include theory of relativity.

2) His mathematical equation e=mc^2 (energy equals mass times the velocity of light squared), became the foundation for the development of atomic energy. And hence he was often called as 'father of the atomic age'.

3) He enjoyed the world fame after achieving the Nobel Prize in the year 1921. He was awarded the prize for his contribution to the law of photoelectic effect.

4) When he died, Albert's brain was removed by Thomas Harvey, a pathologist. Thomas took out his brain to do the research on how Albert's brain functioned.
